- Conversion / technical architect and BASIS.
- ABAP code remediation (ATC, SPDD/SPAU, RAP where you rebuild).
- FICO conversion: Universal Journal, asset accounting, credit management.

If the SI already owns the factory method, we still fill surge seats: extra FICO, extra MM, extra testers for a dry-run weekend.
What to send us
ECC release, enhancement pack, company-code count, custom-object volume, target (on-prem S/4, PCE, or public cloud), and go-live month. We return a named bench, not a rate card.
